You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return is subject to below terms & conditions:
You must inform us at info@bijoumas.com within ONLY 3 days from the delivery date to accept the return.
The product must be in new condition and all tags should have not been removed.
14 days will start counting from the day that the product has been received.
The refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping postage cost.
Returned items should be sent in their original condition & packaging.
If any of your products arrived damaged which is very rare, you must contact us withi 48 hours of receiving your order.
The refund of the purchased item minus the original shipping cost minus the return shipping cost will be issued ASAP from the date of receiving the returned item.
The customer will be notified with the deducted amount befor processing.
Bijoumas has the right to refuse accepting returned items without original packaging condition.
After receive the item, it passes through the quality control team, once approved we will begin the refund process.
In the event that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.
Please ensure they are in "as new" condition, well packaged in their original packaging

When you return your order you, we refund the full item price excluding the shipping price.
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).Â
Bijoumas cannot be held liable for the loss of your shipment during the shipping to our warehouse.
We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
When we receive your request to return an item. We will directly send you an email with the address that you need to send the items to.
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 48 hours.
